  • How do I submit my work?
    Visit our Artist Submission Page to upload your art and artist bio. We review all submissions and will contact you if selected.

     

  • Do you take a commission on sales?
    Yes. We partner with artists and take a commission percentage to cover gallery promotion, marketing, and transaction processing.

     

  • Can I update or remove my submission?
    Yes. Email us at support@artmelanated.com with your request.

     

For Buyers & Collectors
 

  • Where is my order?
    After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received it, contact us directly.

     

  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the unique nature of each artwork, all sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.

     

  • Can I request a commission or custom piece?
    Yes. Contact us to inquire about artist availability and custom requests.
